Our products — including infrared saunas, cold plunge systems, float tanks, red light therapy panels, and commercial gym equipment — are sourced and fulfilled directly by our manufacturer and supplier partners on our behalf. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the fulfillment partner and product type. All orders are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Shipping Destinations

United States

  • We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery
  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may be subject to additional fees or restrictions — contact us before ordering

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $100: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $100: $60 flat-rate standard shipping

All applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden shipping fees from us. Local taxes may apply at checkout where required by law.

4. Order Cutoff Time and Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) will begin processing that same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Total estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 business days from the time your order is placed. This includes our 1–2 business day handling time and the carrier's 2–7 business day transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

If an item requires additional processing time, the product page will display a note that overrides the general timeline above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination, package size, and fulfillment partner. The carrier used for your order will be reflected in your tracking information.

Shipment Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipment Insurance

Shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can initiate a claim and arrange a resolution.

6. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@recoveryandstrength.com.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your delivery exceeds the estimated 3 to 9 business day window, please contact us:

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Check with neighbors, building management, or a secure location near your door
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive
  • If still unresolved, contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace

Damaged Packages

  • Photograph the outer packaging before opening
  • Photograph the damaged item clearly
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@recoveryandstrength.com with your order number and photos

Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate upon review.

8. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the details of the missing item. We will send the missing item or issue a refund depending on availability.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect
  • Restocking fee: 25% for approved non-defective returns
  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved, to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

10. Address Accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. Recovery and Strength and MOORE STRATEGIC VENTURES LLC are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
