4. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The damage or issue was reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unassembled, and includes all original packaging and accessories
  • The item is in resalable condition with no signs of use, installation, or customer-caused damage

Used or installed products cannot be returned unless they were defective upon arrival and reported within the required window.

5. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your submission and, if approved, provide return instructions. Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Return Shipping and Fees

6.1 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. No prepaid return label will be provided for non-defective returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

If you choose to use your own shipping label for a defective or damaged item return without prior authorization, those shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

6.2 Restocking Fee

All approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Exchanges for the same item due to defect or damage will not incur a restocking fee
  • The restocking fee applies to all voluntary returns of non-defective items

6.3 Outbound Shipping Costs

Outbound shipping rates at checkout are as follows:

  • Orders over $100: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $100: $60 flat-rate standard shipping

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

7. Refunds and Replacements

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval
  • If you prefer, we can send a replacement item instead of a refund, subject to availability
  • Refunds will reflect the product price minus any applicable restocking fee

8. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products as long as they meet the return eligibility conditions outlined in Section 4. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received and approved. No restocking fee applies to exchanges for defective or damaged items.

9. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items where damage or defect was reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
  • Personalized or custom-configured equipment
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items
  • Items missing original packaging, components, or accessories

10. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is submitted before 2:00 PM PST on the same business day the order was placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays)
  • Cancellation requests submitted after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be reviewed on the next business day and are not guaranteed
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
  • If your order has already shipped, you must follow the return process outlined in this policy
